Meet Krystal

Krystal Kilcrease has over 5 years of therapy experience working with various populations and ages. Most clients who come to me are experiencing some symptoms related to job stress, family conflict, issues related to identity, depression, and anxiety. She integrates DBT and CBT techniques to help each client reach their best level of function.

As a therapist, she helps clients with dealing with a variety of issues that cause daily internal or external distress.  Krystal find that therapy works best if the therapist has a strong therapeutic relationship with client and genuine empathy for the difficult issue (s) the client is currently facing. My goal as a therapist is to assist the client with developing and utilizing current positive coping strategies to help clients find balance in their daily life.
